Why should I subscribe?

You won't get the information on this site at such a reasonable price anywhere on the web.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel any time to discontinue your service. But to prevent unwanted service interruption, your subscription will renew automatically every month at the rate the billing is initiated.

When do you update your information?

All data about short interest are released monthly by the exchanges. Our site is therefore updated monthly.

Do you offer trial subscriptions?

No. Anybody could just download all the information for free. But there is a free sample page for prospective members.

Do you offer a "money back" guarantee?

Because of the nature of our content we do not. Everybody can clearly see on our sample page what to expect; disappointments are therefore impossible.

I'm not comfortable with sending my private info over the internet. What happens to our personal data?

All our billing is done by Verotel (Verza, Inc. Online Payment Solutions, 60 Federal Street 500, San Francisco, CA 94107; Phone: (415) 908-3792). Verotel utilizes a technology based on Secure Socket Layer (SSL) environment. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any outside organizations, nor release such information.

Are there other ways of payment besides Verotel?

Yes. You can pay by check or PayPal. Please contact us for more information on this matter.

Are you an advisory service?

No. We only offer financial information.

Do you phone your members?

No. We only communicate through e-mail. Any e-mails from our members are usually answered immediately, in the worst case within 12 hours.

Are there any other costs besides the subscription rate?

No.

Where are you located?

Global Futures is a registered off-shore company in the Republic of Seychelles for tax reasons. Otherwise we would not be able to offer our services at such a reasonable price.

Do you send e-mails and informaton about your sponsors to your subscribers?

We do not have any sponsors and we have a strict anti-spam policy. We do not over-communicate with our members and we won't spam you at any time, nor will we send you any unsolicited e-mail.
